100 mg, but I have not filled the prescription so don’t know about markings.

Also, the data sheet for 100 mg says imprint is PY; 1

But I’ve not seen the pills. Trying to decide if safe to fill the prescription.

Confirming that the pills marked PY 1 contain Phenazopyridine 100 mg (NDC 65162-681).

Inactive ingredients are listed as:

- Carnauba Wax
- Croscarmellose Sodium
- Hypromelloses
- Magnesium Stearate
- Cellulose, Microcrystalline
- Polyethylene Glycol 1000
- Povidone
- Corn Starch

Based on the list above, they don't appear to contain gluten-based ingredients. However, I have not confirmed with the manufacturer whether or not there is a possibility of cross contamination during the manufacturing process.
