Amlopres At Dos

i m 32 years old and i m taking amlopress At from last 1 year, i think there is no change, still i m feeling same dizzyness, heavy head,welling in legs, red eyes and balacing problem while standing. i consult many doctor and i have been that you have high BP. i undergone many medicine but none of the tablet effect me, last i took amlopress At before it was good for 1-2 month and now agin its same or you can say my sondition is getting worst. plz advice

Are you also watching your diet, such as cutting down on fat and sodium and eating more produce and fiber?

Do you make sure to get plenty of exercise several times a week?
