Amifru 40 Side Effects

My BP is 130/90 after taking Primodil 5 and Amifru 40 for 05 years. Does Amifru40 help to reduce blood pressure? My ECG and Lipids are are all within the normal range. What are the possible side effects of Amifru 40?
