Ambien Anomalies

I was only told of what i did while sleeping at my gf. I woke up not knowing i was awake so basically like i sleepwalk? And i went to the balcony and asked her if she loved me and i was literally gonna jump from first floor. And was demanding her to answer and she was struggling to pull me back. I never knew about it until the next day she told me. Do not take ambien when alone in case u wake up and wana hurt yourself. I seen reports of people died doing crazy stuff while on ambien. Yes, sleep actions are a known side effect of Ambien and the U.S. FDA warns about them in our patient leaflets. Other side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, hallucinations and next day hangover-like effects.

Have you stopped taking it?
