Hi Duchess. Well, for the B-Complex / Calcium / Folic Acid ... those are vitamins and not drugs so I did not see any alarming interactions listed anywhere with the Amatem Forte. As for the Amoxicillin, which is an antibiotic, I did see that OTHER kinds of antibiotics may interact with Amatem Forte, but did not see Amoxicillin on that list. This was according to everydayhealth's article about Artemether-Lumefantrine.
Of course, if you have not already done so, I would highly recommend telling your doctor everything else which you have been taking (vitamins and drugs) so that they can determine if it is safe to prescribe you Amatem Forte in addition to everything. I hope this helps and wish you good health!
