You should take whatever medications your doctor has instructed you to take. The NIH lists the typical side effects of these as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach pain, flatulence, and diarrhea.
What does your normal diet consist of? Do you take in a lot of fats and sugar? Are you on any other medications?
