Am I Screwed?

I take 8 mg of Subutex a day and have been for almost year. If I'm I a car accident or something and have to have surgery will I be screwed? Will there be nothing they can do for the pain? I don't care about getting high at all anymore, but I fear being in pain and not having any option to control it. Does anybody know how a doctor would help me? Thank you!

No, Subutex only contains the narcotic Buprenorphine, not the Naloxone that Suboxone also contains, thus it doesn't neutralize other narcotics, so they would be able to treat you.

This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Thank you so much! I was really really concerned about being totally screwed if I was in significant pain and they needed treat me for it. That was all I was worried about. Thank you for the help!
