Alvogen Oxy Ir 30mg Need Any Info Please!!!

I just got these filled and never took Alvogen oxy 30mg in this brand b-4. I've always got M Block , actavis , ect . Soon as I took these I've had a fever, aching like the flu, and a red rash on my face. Can any one give me any info if The Alvogen oxy30mg has caused any of these problems or any other with you. I'm in bad shape and never done this and been taking oxy 30 for years. I don't know what to do about this brand, I mean I need my meds and I have to pay cash and my pharmacist is really cruel and wouldn't give me another brand. Any suggestions what I can do about this brand ? Thank u

Hello, Pebbles! How are you? I'm sorry about the problem that you're having.

There have actually been many complaints about this product from Alvogen, many people have said that it caused odd side effects and that it didn't alleviate their pain.

It isn't that your pharmacist is cruel, it's most likely that they didn't have any other brand to give you. They usually stock whichever one was offering the cheapest price, at the time they needed to reorder, they usually don't keep a selection in stock from several different manufacturers.

The FDA lists this medication as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

In the future, you could try a different pharmacy, or ask your doctor to prescribe it as 'brand medically necessary', or whatever the equivalent is in your state.
