Altosec Medication

I have an duodenal Ulcer in my stomach and when ever I have to take any inflammatory medication I always take altosec just in case,I have slipped discs at the bottom of my spine which has affected my right sciatic nerve from my hip down to my big toe.I walk every day to keep myself mobile, only take medication when really necessary and just want to verify whether it is better to take after or before a meal

You should take the Altosec before a meal, that way it actually has time to start working by the time you're digesting your meal.

It may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, stomach pain and flatulence.
