Based on my research, Altosec's main ingredient is Omeprazole. This medication doesn't contain penicillin but careful inquiry should be made concerning previous allergic reactions to penicillins. If you're allergic to penicillin, I would speak with a doctor before taking this medication so that you aren't at risk.
