I have been taking oxycodone every six hours for almost two years for pinched nerves in my neck, arthritis, my lower back, tendinitis, rotator cuff in both arms and meralgia paresthetica in both thighs, but i find it's not really helping like i thought it would. The doctor says i probably need something stronger and maybe even see a pain management doctor but he cant prescribe anything stronger.

There are higher doses of Oxycodone available without the Acetaminophen, but yes, you would most likely need to see a pain management specialist to see if they can prescribe it for you.
The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.
Are you on any other medications?
