Whenever I travel, I feel extremely fatigued. This causes sleep problem and I take alzolam 0.5mg (alprazolam) for that. Sometime when I am too tired, I take 1mg. This gives me good sleep of 5hours or so. If I do not take it , the next day is terrible and mind is not focused. I want to know if there are better available medicines in India to minimize the traveling fatigue which can be taken without significant side effects. ## I am not sure what is available in India. i took one 0.5 mg alprazolam today will it be out of my system by tomarrow ## It is very doubtful that it will be, for a standard urine tests. Benzodizepines, such as this one, have a habit of lingering in the body and even a low dose can be detected for as long as 6 weeks, in some people. The time frame, however, can vary, depending on your body, activity level and other factors. I have inclement anxiety and taking these pills has been really helpful. Just don't over do it, one is enough every 8 hours or so depending on the sevarity of your anxiety.
