THIS DOES NOT CONTAIN ANY CODEINE! So I have removed the incorrect post to avoid confusion.
This contains Acetaminophen and Oxycodone. Oxycodone and Codeine are two completely different drugs. However, being opiate based narcotics, they are distantly related, so it is possible to have a reaction to this if you are allergic to codeine.
In my case, I cannot take Codeine, but I am find taking Oxycodone or Morphine, while some people will have a reaction to all of them.
Your best bet is to talk to your doctor and discuss what the safest option is for you. They might want you to try this at a low dose and see if you have a reaction or not, since there is really no way to know unless you actually try the medication.
