Allergic Reaction To Isosorbide Mn Er

I had a very bad reaction to 1 dose of isosorbide within an hour of taking it. Severe headach, threw up and my headach has lasted 5 days! Will it ever go away?

Have you contacted your doctor?

Both of those can be common side effects of Isosorbide, but with the headache being very severe and lasting that long, you should seek medical attention.
