Allegra 120mg

I'm suffering from strep throat, it's been 3 days and started begining to feel tonsils, and tongue is swollen, i'm taking (1) allegra 120mg, (2)Antioxidants, (3) Gelusil Antacid syrup. not able to eat anything please do suggest me good, i'l be really very grateful.

I was also suffering from sore throat[2months] but nothing was happened with alopathy medicine then someone suggested me about homeopathy,after taking homeopathy medicine,now my sore throat is ok.
