Tasy, any alternative you take, that still has the large amount of B Vitamins in it is likely to still cause nausea.

Have you tried taking it with food and not on an empty stomach? Even a small snack, such as crackers or yogurt, might help prevent the nausea.

oh now i know why i suffer from nausea every morning, it is because i take Neurogen -E. Is there any alternative supplement for this?

Neurogen-E is a nutritional supplement, it contains a complex of B vitamins and vitamin E. It's often given to people with conditions such as yours, because a deficiency in these vital nutrients can aggravate your condition.
