Rejoint contains 400mgs of Chondroitin and 500mgs of Glucosamine, it is a nutritional supplement that is claimed to help with joint health, because these substances are known to deplete in our joints due to age or injury.

As a supplement, there is no definitive time period that you should take it, but it is not known to cause harm with long-term use.

And in reference to its effectiveness, since it is a supplement, it is not actually proven to be effective, because it isn't tested like is done with prescription medications. The only way to see if it works for you is to actually try it. Some people get great results from using it and some don't.
