Aleve Or Naproxin Sodium With Instaflex
UpdatedI am taking a naproxin sodium in the morning and at night but would like to have more relief during the day. Would Instaflex be the answer?

Hello, Nettie! How are you?
Instaflex is only classified by the FDA as being a nutritional supplement, so it isn't actually proven to help with anything. The manufacturer lists it as containing Glucosamine, MSM, White Willow Bark extract, ginger root, boswella, turmeric, cayenne and hyaluronic acid.
It is also always best to check with your doctor, before taking any supplements, as they may be contraindicated with some medications or health conditions.
This may help you, but there's no way to say for sure.
Is there anything else I can help with?
