Alergy To Titanium

My husband just found out that he is allergic to the titanium that they used to fuse his neck and his spine during many surgeries. He is losing weight on a constant, at least 5lbs per week. We want to know what foods he can eat to replace that weight being lost.

An allergy shouldn't cause weight loss like that, it's very unusual.

Has he seen his doctor about this? They should check things out to make sure there isn't something else going on, then figure out how to proceed from there.
