Akt 3 Uses And Side Effects

I am taking treatment for infertility. Both the reports of myself and my wife are normal. But as per my doctor we do have an infection so my wife is not able to conceive. For that, she advised us to take 3 months course of AKT3. I just wanted to know whether AKT3 is taken for clearing an infection and if so what are the side effects of it?

AKT3 is a combination medication that contains Isonizaid, Rifampicin and Ethambutol, this combination is commonly used to treat Tuberculosis, but it can also be effective against other infections.

Side effects may include: nausea, headache, stomach irritation and diarrhea.
