After Ending Warfarin Cure

I have been taking warfarin for 5 months. I´have accident during skiing and I´have had thrombosis and embolism. But now, my doctor wants me to stop taking warfarin (little by little, it will takes two months probably...). The problem is, that I know that I will be afraid of having embolic again, I´m 23, I can´t imagine it now, I mean live with fear for the rest of my life. I know, there are worse things, It´s no big deal if we compare it with serious illneses, I know... Is there anyone, who don´t use warfarin anymore? After thrombosis, embolism... It probably will be ok, in some way, but now, I´m really afraid of it...
