After Effects Of Baralgin

i started taking this pill since last month for period pains and since when my period finishes i have some serious pains

You mean you got pain after your cycle finished and you were no longer taking the medication?

If so, then it's likely not related to it.

Have you consulted your doctor?

Was the rest of your period normal otherwise? Was the blood flow lighter, heavier and/or longer than normal?

What type of pain were you taking it to treat, cramping?
