It could be that this is the wrong oral contraceptive for you and you may need to switch to a different one. Have you consulted your doctor about the problem?
The FDAl lists the other typical side effects of oral contraceptives as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and weight gain.
Though, it can be normal to experience irregular bleeding for the first 3 months, after starting oral contraceptives.
