Af 150 Tablets

I have been given af150 1 tab in a week for 6 month for redish infection on my hands .is it right dose? What will be side effects

i'm infected with a virl skin disease 2 years ago(round worm) .when i use medicine it reduces ad after some days it reappears .what should i do to get rid of it?
