Advice On Pain Management

I am prescribed norco 10/325 and it makes me sick to my stomach and itch. Although it does help with my pain i have to take phenergan for nausea anytime i take one and benadryl for the itching. Are there any meds that would help with my pain but not make me nauseous or itch?

Those are possible side effects of all opiate pain medications. The only thing you can really do is try various ones, as approved by your doctor, to see if you find one that doesn't cause you such issues.

Have you ever taken Percocet? It contains Oxycodone with Acetaminophen and works great for some people.

The FDA does warn that it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation.
