Advice Needed.

Okay so I'm about to have to get real personal here for a second. But the way my birth control works out I would have just have gotten off of my period the next time I get to be with my boyfriend (if you know what I mean). I haven't seen him in a few months and I want it to be all clear for when I get to see him. So my plan was to take the placebo pills a week earlier than I'm suppose to just to be extra sure that everything will be all good. Is that an okay thing to do??? I feel like it should be because I would still be taking the right number of pills just mix up when I take the placebos but my boyfriend is worried that it would mess something up. SO is there anybody who can give me advice on this? It would be greatly appreciated ^-^ Thanks

Yes, you'd still be protected, but to be doubly sure, make sure you take at least 7 days worth of active pills, before the day you see him and start having sex.

But yes, it really is okay to use them to adjust when you have your period, or to even skip it altogether occasionally.
