I no it is hard to believe but I have had every test possible, and I am totally fit and healthy, it might sound daft but at the time I had test results i was quite disappointed as I think if something was wrong with me I think it would have shocked me in to doing something sooner about this addiction,
I am very hopeful that my level of subutex (buprenorphine) will be sorted today 13-02-14.... as I have become more uncomfortable as the days go by, as u can tell from the time of this message I am not sleeping :(
I don't want to fail in this recovery I think if it isn't sorted today that could possibly happen :(
Thank you for your advice xxxxxxxxxxxxx
Yes, your doctor is right to be amazed that you're still alive. Taking that much Paracetamol in a day can be fatally toxic. You need to have some checks done on your liver, because you may have caused some damage to it and, if so, prompt treatment would be advised. Some simple blood work will show if your liver enzymes are elevated.
Paracetamol is known to be fatally toxic in amounts of 4,000mgs a day, or over… and if you were taking 50 of these some days, then that was 25.000mgs.
And there's really no way anyone on here can tell you how much Suboxone you need. The equations for figuring that out are not made public, they are only known to those that have been trained to treat with it. Part of the problem might be due to the fact that you were taking so much of the Co Codamol, they might not have an accurate way to figure out the proper dosage for you and it might just be trial and error for awhile.
When is your dose being adjusted?
