I am interested to know side effects of dutalfa for treatment of bph

I am suffering from prostate enlargement and it weighs 41gms with grade 2.I have been advised Tab.Dutalfa as 1 daily and am using it since 6 months.Now I have been observing that my right breast is slightly enlarged and I get pain in right breast.

AFTER 4 MONTHS OF dUTALFA I AM SUFFERING FROM NO DISCHARGE OF SEMEN DURING INTERCOURSE. I feel aroused but i have no orgasmic satisfaction and lately I see that I am not discharging any fliuid at all.
