Advantages Of Vebalone Injection Iv For Osteoporosis

What are the advantages of Vebalone Injections? I am a 65 year old lady with severe Osteoporosis as per my BDM Report. I have severe pain in my right foot just above the ankle region and did not get hurt. There is no external/hidden injury. Pain is persisting. I am not able to take oral therapies. I am also having constant pain in my upper abdominal region and have a very poor appetite. My digestion is poor as a result. Am I a good candidate to take the Vebalone Injection therapy? Please advise.

I have been prescribed the vebalone injection by my doc for osteoarthritis. I have heard that this has lots of side effects. Need to know if this has such adverse side effects, should one still go on with this as per the doctor's advice? Isn't there any other medicine to cure this? The adverse reports of the injection have scared me. Also, I want to know how does this work on your bones? I am a 47 year old woman.
