Adrenal Exhaustion

This particular b vitamin stands alone for its ability to support adrenal exhaustion/ dysfunction. Along with choline and mannitol, it makes my chiari 1 malformation with partially empty sella tolerable.

Dexpanthenol is also commonly known as Vitamin B5.
