Yes they can. The different mfg. companies and make them any way they choose. The best way to know for sure you are getting the right thing you should get them from a licensed medical provider. Give my doctor a try and he will help you reach your weight loss goal. Dr. {edited for spam}. He is the best around and he has been doing his weight loss program well over 15 years. He really knows his stuff when it comes down to losing weight!
