How should I take Adgain tablet each day? Should I take it in the morning or night time? How many should I take per day, and should I take it before or after eating food?

The manufacturer of this product is Cipla Ltd in India. Adgain is an over the counter supplement for the hair and is intended to help improve the hair's structure. It contains the following ingredients:

Calcium D-pantothenate...............50 mg
L-Cystine..........................................60 mg
Thiamine mononitrate...................10 mg
Brewers yeast...................................100 mg
Biotin................................................5 mg
Iron...................................................10 mg
Zinc..................................................25mg

The recommended dosage is one capsule per day. I did not find anything specific which said whether it matters what time of the day you take it, or whether you need to take it with a meal.

"ADGAIN supplies hairs with the fortifying substances like L-cystine, brewer’s yeast and calcium pantothenate (CYP). It has been proved in a clinical trial that such a complex in a dietary supplement has a positive influence on hair growth. It is also conceivable that CYP complex-based dietary supplementation may be useful as an adjunct to minoxidil therapy in the treatment of hair loss.

ADGAIN improves the hair structure, strengthens the hair, and increases the resistance of the hair to mechanical and chemical damage and damage caused by sunlight." [1]
