Adderrall Xr Stopped Working
Updatedok, ive been taking 35mg adderrall xr for about a year and a half now and it stopped working, now im less concentrated, i feel tired, cant even do household chores. but my heart rate still raises when i take it. i try not to take it too often because it makes it to where i cant sleep. my husband thinks i should just start taking 2 a day but i dont want my heart exploding on me. would a weight gain cause this? what should i do?

It is actually perfectly normal for your body to adjust to any given dosage of a medication, when you have been using it for a prolonged period of time and, when this occurs, it will stop working as well for you.
However, since you've already mentioned the racing heart, which can be very dangerous, you should talk to your doctor, before changing the dosage. A double dose might be far too much for you. There is also the chance that you might be better off with an alternative medication.

Is there anything else I can help with?
