I am in Massachusetts and another adderall shortage, so far it's the 30mg. Manufacturer will not give my pharmacy a date that they can supply. How is a shortage possible, I tried every other drug out there and only adderall works, if I don't take it I cant function at work and will end up loosing my job. ## I am very sorry about the problem you're having. I have a great job, one i hope to retire from. I work for a very major automobile manufacturer. I had a very minor incident driving a vehicle in the plant. So I have been taking 20 mg instant release Adderall for years and I cannot seem to find one that is consistently working for me. The pink ones I was recently taking seem to work great but now have almost completely quit working for me. Hi, Can someone please educate me on the differences between Adderall ER as opposed to Adderall XR? I had no idea there was an ER as well as an XR until yesterday. ## There is no difference. XR stands for extended release, and so does ER. The terms are used interchangeably. ## Ok, but they are in fact two separate medications. Hi Everyone! Pharmacy tried to give me a new generic--I have always used generic- manufacturer for my Adderall 20XR: Global. I gave it back. Can anyone share their experiences with Global 20XR? In the past when I've switched generic brands with 10mgIR I've had the same major issues that many people have described when switching brands--depression, paranoia, etc. As many people know, this type of thing can totally shut you down at work. Has anyone had any issues with aurobindo causing chronic pain, this all started when I was taking vyvanse 2 years ago then switching to aurobindo, I had lower back pain numbness, but when I stopped taking my adhd meds the pain went away. I am being switched to Sandoz medication 10mg tomorrow, can someone give me any reference to this type of generic? ## YES!!!! Doesn't work like Teva. Been on this med most my life! My granddaughter takes adderall and I went to give her one today and I noticed it looked strange. Upon closer inspection I realized the capsule was empty. I looked at the rest of them and I found 5 empty capsules. What the hell!! How did this happen? One I can overlook, but 5? What am I supposed to do? She will be without medicine for 5 days now. ## Does anyone else have access to the pills or pill bottle? The capsules could have been emptied and consumed in other ways like "sprinkled" (usually on applesauce), sublingually (dissolving the granules under the tongue) or crushed up and insufflated.
