Adderall Vs Vyvanse Strength

Hello,

I am on adderall XR for adult ADHD and fatigue due to fibromyalgia and RSD and COmplex regional pain syndrome....how does it compare in strength for fatigue concentration compare to Vyvanse as Vyvanse is the prodrug of D-amphetimine& a single enantimoer vs mixed such as adderall? thank you very much for any feedback!

Vyvanse is roughly 1/3 as strong as Adderall so 30-40mg is about equal 10mg Adderall. Vyvanse is perhaps gentler and smoother than Adderall.
