I only took 1 30 mg adderall 2 days ago and might have a urine and hair drug test any day. Will it show up?

I have a friend that took 5 (25 mg xr) adderall today and has a drug test. Will apple cider vinegar flush out his system and how much will he have to drink to flush it?
