Adderall And Menstrual Cycle

Might adderall have an affect on my mentration cycle, maybe causes it to be delayed?

Adderall is a messed up drug/prescription. It could very well mess up your period cycle. But if it IS messing it then you NEED TO GET THAT CHECKED.
You could be going through mena-pause.

Most medications could alter your menstrual cycle, since they work on various chemicals in the body. Adderall hasn't been reported as doing so, but since we are all different, it can never be ruled out, either.

The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, anorexia, and mood changes.

How late are you?

Are you on any other medications?

I have been on and off adderall since 2005, I al 46 years old now (2020) and I have always had regular periods on it.
One thing though-it makes me pee SO MUCH and my shrink said it wouldn’t do that so I suspect hormones.
In researching something else I found a medical journal article that said dopamine will increase the kidneys urine output. So yeah, even though urge incontinence & excessive urination aren’t Adderall side effects, it increases dopamine & dopamine causes those things.
I am freaked out that a psychiatrist didn’t know this.
