Adderall Backorder (Page 45)

I take generic Adderall 20 mg for narcolepsy and there is not one local pharmacy that has it in stock. I have never had this problem before. The pharmacies are saying that it's on backorder from the manufacturer. Is anyone else having problems getting their scripts filled?

20mg out of stock for 4w now in SoFla … but do have 15mgs strangely .. assume it’s manufacturer specific and/or supply chain related

I live in southwest Florida and I have been waiting for my D-Amphetamine 20mg to be filled for two weeks now and today I finally got a call from Walgreens saying that my script was ready for pickup! The only difference I noticed was the price $20 instead of $12. I came home and opened the bottle and noticed different pills. They are round peach color with the imprint T 375 from Ascent pharmaceutical,inc.. I never heard of them before. I took two and I will see what happens. Does anyone have any info for me? Thanks ahead of time.

The only difference I noticed was the price was $20 instead of $12 but I didn't care. I came home to take two of them and noticed they were different. They are still peach color just round and with the imprint T 375 by Ascent pharmaceutica,inc... instead of Lannett pharma which is what my Walgreen's carries all the time so ask about Ascent pharmaceutical. I just took two so I don't know how they are yet good luck!

You can call the pharmacy and ask what doses they do have and then call your doctor and ask him to switch the dose. I take 20mg X2 daily and last time this happened my doctor just called in a different strength of 10mg x4daily and that solved the problem!

Every pharmacy in South FLORIDA has been out of Adderall for the past 5 weeks and say they have no idea when they are getting more? What is going on.

The only difference was the price for Lannett pharma brand is for$12 and now it's$20. I get home and open the bottle only to notice different pills but that's ok because I haven't had any for two weeks. I never heard of this brand before but Walgreen's has them from Ascent pharmaceutical inc...they are 20mg round peach color with the imprint T 375.

They were just able to fill mine at Walgreens in the southwest two days late. It’s Teva 30 mg IR. Usually that’s a good brand but these ones are like a sugar pill. Bad batch? Others have been complaining too. This sucks but yeah my Walgreens is good or maybe try an independent pharmacy

Walgreen is now dispensing from camber manufactures, which is not even close to Teva but I quest better then nothing at all. Teva Laboratory in California shut down production because of a FDA violation.

Teva is trash now, like a sugar pill. I take 30 mg IR. They used to be good. I am REALLY struggling with them. Haven’t tried Camber yet

In south east Florida and It's been a month now and Walgreens still can't fill my script. This is getting ridiculous there is zero transparency on what's going on. There is a serious problem with this system if patients can't get their medication and our doctors and pharmacists can't or won't give us any answers as to why or when they expect new shipments to arrive.

That’s insane! Is it just Adderall? Maybe you can ask your doc to write a temporary RX for Ritalin, Dexedrine, Vyvanse, Concerta or something like that until they are back in stock?
