Adderall 10 Mg To Vyvanse

Hi, I have a question to ask hoping someone here can answer it for me. I currently am prescribed Adderall 10 mg twice daily and it makes me feel terrible physically and also causing vision problems. I plan to report these side effects to my prescribing physician as soon as I can and I'm going to ask to switch my meds to Vyvanse. I would like to see if it is better for me as opposed to Adderall. If my doctor does switch me to Vyvanse, will I be allowed to fill the Vyvanse even though I recently had my Adderall filled or is it required a person has to wait a month for a 30 day supply? Is it considered the same med, the Adderall & Vyvanse?

No, they are not considered the same medication, so you should be able to get it filled, as long as your doctor approves. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability, insomnia, and anorexia.
