My Dad is 81 years old takes Adco Biscor 5mg, he says as soon as he walks or claims up the stairs (+/- 14 steps) he gets short breath. Is it possible it could be caused by this medication ?

What is his blood pressure? Does he have a heart condition?
That's not likely caused by this medication. Does he take any others?
Has he consulted his doctor?
