No, there isn't much chance of your getting pregnant, if you're not having periods, because it likely means that you aren't ovulating each month.
If the AdcoFem worked, then it seems that you might have a hormonal imbalance issue. Have you consulted your doctor, again?
They should be able to check into things and help you discover what's causing the problem.
