si sirven.. son muy burnad. yo baje 18 lbrs en casi 3 semanas.. pero como q ya mi cuerpo se acostumbro a la pastilla y ya no me hace efecto.. es como si no me la tomo :'( dejare pasar una semana y volvere a empesar y alomejor me hace efecto.. aa y yo empese el primer dia con la pastilla de 30 mg.. y no me senti mal..
