hola hoy empese a tomar acxion.! esto fue lo que ise me tome la mitad y senti hambre y mucha luego dije no pos m tomo la otra mitad me almorse una gelatina me senti llena aora lo k siento es la boca seka y mucha anciedad komo si kisiera asta llorar o saltar jajajaaj eso sienten kn estas??? es normal o solo esta en mi cabeza?

Yo perdi 3 kilos 3 semanas si ceo resultados ya para las 8 9 me da hambre pero yo estoy con la dieta acxion mas las pastillas pero siempre tienes que guardar dieta y ekercicio de 25 o 30 de lo que te pide ejercixio diario para que tu metabolismo funcione con las pastillS tienes que tomar 2 litros de agua

si sirven.. son muy burnad. yo baje 18 lbrs en casi 3 semanas.. pero como q ya mi cuerpo se acostumbro a la pastilla y ya no me hace efecto.. es como si no me la tomo :'( dejare pasar una semana y volvere a empesar y alomejor me hace efecto.. aa y yo empese el primer dia con la pastilla de 30 mg.. y no me senti mal..
