There is really no way to say, whether or not Acupuncture will help you. Some people get great results and swear by it, while others have been disappointed. The effect that anything has on anyone is completely individualized.

Have you discussed it with your doctor?
If you have a pinched nerve, you do have to be careful and make sure that you only go to a fully trained and knowledgeable practitioner. Someone who isn't could insert needles in the wrong places, which could aggravate your condition or make it worse.
