Actavis has been purchased by Teva Pharmaceuticals, and they produce a 40mg Verapamil with the WATSON logo over the number 404, which is round, and orange.

This likely means that the specific one that was manufactured by Actavis is no longer available. Generally, when one company purchases another, or merges with another, they stop producing the duplicate products, as it is not cost effective to keep manufacturing all of them.
