Actavis Logo

I picked up my prescription for lorazepam and this one just looks different than any that I have seen it has the actavis logo like a crescent moon or something and 59 on one side and the othe side is scored. It is small and white and the pharmacy is closed until monday and I just cannot find the pill online to double check it.. anyone? put my mind at ease?

Dear friend, just go to online pill identifier library on net to find out exact brand.Otherwise ,you can contact nearest Drug office in your city to confirm...Or just share brand name/company name on blister/bottle pack u have !!

I have also gotten some lorazepam recently that has 57 on one side and the actavis cresct on the other... I too have been unable to confirm this visually on any web page. If anyone else has luck let me know please.

Hi,

I contacted the manufacturer and they assured me they would update their site. It is a new mark they are putting on that particular drug. And of course after some searching another pharmacy confirmed it is just a new stamp they are using. It is the company logo. Hope this helps.

I too was confused as I was used to taking the purepac "R' logo and 59 on their 1mg pills. However, I just confirmed with my Pharmacist at Duane Reade that they in fact HAVE changed their logo to the crescent shape with the number 59. She ever phyiscally showed me the bottle where it actually said "new imprint" on the Lorazapam bottle. Hope this clears up any confusion.
