White tablet scored down center on one side and the number 512 on other. I found it in my cabinet, and I have no idea how old it is or more importantly what it is? ## This tablet contains Oxycodone Hydrochloride 5 mg + Acetaminophen 325 mg (NDC 0406-0512). Inactive Ingredients: - Crospovidone - Cellulose, Microcrystalline - Povidones - Starch, Corn - Silicon Dioxide - Stearic Acid Ref: DailyMed ## I take percocet (generic) with the word TEC on one side. When I forgot my pills, a friend offered me one that had 0636 printed on it. blue grey round pill ## I've been on oxy-cod for over a year. I take two 5-325's a day for pain. It's the only thing that works for me following surgery. Can I safely take this amount forever? My dr was me to take neurotin, but it makes me tired and spacey. Thanks for any info. ## Acetaminophen with Oxycodone is a generic for Percocet, this is a narcotic pain reliever. No medication can be guaranteed to be taken safely forever, there is always the risk of side effects, reactions and your body becoming basically immune to the current dosage and requiring an adjustment or switch to a different medication.
