I found it in my cabinet, and I have no idea how old it is or more importantly what it is? ## This tablet contains Oxycodone Hydrochloride 5 mg + Acetaminophen 325 mg (NDC 0406-0512). When I forgot my pills, a friend offered me one that had 0636 printed on it. blue grey round pill ## I've been on oxy-cod for over a year. I take two 5-325's a day for pain. It's the only thing that works for me following surgery. Can I safely take this amount forever?
