pain in upper arms ## Well, there are no guarantees that any medication will actually help anyone, so there is really no way we can answer that. We are also not medical professionals. What medications has she tried? Has her doctor suggested she try this? Synap Forte contains Acetaminophen and Propoxyphene, possibly Caffeine and/or Diphenhydramine, from what I am finding listed. The Propoxyphene is a very mild narcotic pain reliever and the Acetaminophen is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory. ## I had a stroke in May 2010 and have since had incredible pain in my left shoulder generating down to the arm, this pain is not a muscle pain and I feel it in the bone. what is it? ## What color and shape is it? If it is white and oval, then I think the marking is V 2357 and it contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen, 50mgs of Butalbital and 40mgs of Caffeine, commonly used to treat migraines and tension headaches. It is small capsule shaped. It does not have a shell but is solid. It has 325 on the other side. It is white. ## This contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen, the active ingredient in Tylenol. It used to treat pain, fever and swelling. Common side effects may include: nausea, headache and stomach irritation. large round white pill ## So far, we have been unable to identify this one. These are over the counter products and therefore the markings are not required to be logged with the FDA. Does anyone recognize this tablet? There is an L 484 that contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen, but it is an oblong tablet, not round.

I found this tablet and want to confirm what it is for. ## I can confirm that a tablet meeting this description and with this marking contains 650mgs of Acetaminophen and 10mgs of Hydrocodone, the active ingredients in Vicodin, a narcotic analgesic. (NDC 0603-3885). However, that is indicated by the marking V 4839 and not 512 at the end. I could not locate a pill in the drug databases with that full marking you described. Can you provide anymore information, such as what country it was found in? Does anyone else recognize this? ## If the pill could be orange-ish in color (might be mistaken for tan), with the marking M on one side and PT on the other, it is reportedly a combination of Acetaminophen 325 mg + Tramadol 37.5 mg. Here is the related post: ## Roy is correct..this is a generic combo of tramadol and acetaminophen for name brand Ultracet. It is made by Mylan. Be careful as it is non-narcotic, but works like one, AND IS ADDICTIVE!
