Is it possible for predizone to cause pancreatitis? Eyedrops were used to dylate my eyes. I ended up in the hospital with pancreatitis. ## There have been very few instances where steroid medications of any type have been known to cause Pancreatitis and it is especially unlikely in an eye drop formulation, because you don't hardly absorb any of the substances in them, because the amount use is miniscule. As far as "DAN DAN" goes, I am unable to locate an exact match as their are too many pills that correspond with simply DAN DAN.
