Can this med help chronic back pain,lower back? ## The combination of Acetaminophen (325 mg) + Butalbital (50 mg) + Caffeine (40 mg) is most commonly used to treat migraines and tension headaches caused by muscle contractions. The prescribing information also states that, "acetaminophen, butalbital, and caffeine may also be used for other purposes not listed in this medication guide." - That said, I don't see why those ingredients wouldn't be of at least some help in so far as managing your back pain. What is stronger Pirk M523 or Pirk E712 ## M 532 contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen and 5mgs of Oxycodone. E 712 contains 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen.
